We replaced a traditional boiler and storage tank that provided hot water for a multi-unit apartment building with 96% efficient, Energy Star-certified Navien tankless water heaters. These tankless units save a of floor space, plus will save in energy costs because of their higher efficiency.
We replaced a short gas water heater in a small crawlspace with a 96% efficiency, Navien tankless water heater. These tankless water heaters are convenient for places where a traditional tank water heater is not an option due to limited space.
We installed an all-new Mitsubishi ductless mini split system. These systems are ideal for older homes without the need to install new ductwork. See the indoor unit on the left and the outdoor unit on the right. These units are noninvasive and are quieter than standard ducted systems.
This customer had an over 30-year-old bulky furnace. We had to redo the sheet metal to conform to the new furnace.
We replaced a 20-year-old air conditioner in a multi-apartment building. We added a condenser pad underneath the new unit to reduce the condenser vibration.
We replaced a 2-ton rooftop packaged unit. We needed a crane to lift the new unit up and get rid of the old unit. We had all-hands-on-deck for this installation.
We recently had the opportunity to assist a customer with a furnace that was over 30 years old and quite bulky. To accommodate the installation of a new furnace, we expertly reconfigured and updated the sheet metal components, ensuring a seamless fit and optimal performance.
